I was doing the same animation, and noticed that the upper mane has 6 frames, but the tail and back (lower) mane has only 5, so if you plan to continue animating it as a GIF, you need to "create" another frame for those...

Hmm.. parts of her mane changes length. I haven't watched the teaser thing, so I dunno if that's an error on your part or the producer's part though.

The top part is pretty much an exact copy of the show's frames so I'd say that's an error on their side.
But you're right, the bottom's a bit off. I'll change that
