More practice, sorta like a set with this .I rarely draw mans, so don't hesitate to point out my flaws, feedback and criticism is what makes me better as an artist

I'm no artist so I can't really tell you any flaws or whatnot, I'm totally blown away by this . . . But if anything his hair looks a bit stiff.

That is pretty good. It's very simple, but the design of your character, especially with the hair, feels like you're already familiar with drawing men.
