ironically,i was actually offering up pivee eggs(technically.you know,like those adopt eggs)when i first made pivees.only one person asked for one,but they never did anything about it.

yes it would be

technically speaking,they're basically an eevee with cheeks and a pichu tail.the paws are just differently colored...unless it's Origin.then it's literally pichu parts...but with PAE always standing around on her hind legs,it confuses people.
