Jennifer Love Hewitt in graphite and typing paper. The textures don't look as smooth as I'd like them to be, especially on the shirt. It kinda blends to the background too easily, like its out of focus, but I think thats a good thing. Hair looks weird. If you see anything else that looks wrong, or weird or anything don't hesitate to tell me.Related content

I love this one! But it seems to me that shoulders look in some way wrong... other is too high above the other!

I love the roughness of your pencil use on this particular drawing as silly as that sounds. I think this particular pose it gave it the correct emphasis. You pay attention to her face eyes and hair and everything else is just a nice fade. Great artwork as always.

I like the simplictity of the drawing. Very straight forward and soft. I recognized her right away. The block of shadow on the shirt is kind of distracting, though. Also, her nose could use some more shadowing. Other than that I really like it.

This drawing kicks! If you want the shading texture to be smoother, what I do is use the tip of my finger to rub it in better which blends it. I don't think that you really blended it too much in the background, it looks really soft and pretty. I find that really detailed backgrounds are distracting so good choice! Keep it up, your an awesome artist!

I also have problems with the textures. I bought graphite pencils not that long ago to try them out but they have really been a dissapointment. I guess I got the wrong kind of harness. Which ones do you use for drawing the darkest, black areas?

i actually like the hair. i mean, sure, there aren't hi-lights in it but it seems to work, i feel. the face is excellent, very good expression. it is however, i think, slightly wonky-the mouth isn't parallel to the chin, and the same with the eyes. it seems that all the features of the face are at a different angle to the rest of the head. you've allready said about the shirt so i won't say more on that.
don't get me wrong though, this really is very good. i'm impressed.

The eyes don't seem quite right, but then eyes are usually the hardest to draw. You really managed to capture the emotion in your drawing.

Another good drawing. I don't really like it as much as the other.
The resemblence is good, but the shading seems a bit unrealistic. The hair seems quite unbalanced. The eyes are good in this, but it just seems unbalanced.
Definately needs more work, but again: it has alot of potential.
