Basically, its about a man sitting there and enjoying his addiction.  Porn, drugs, sex, etc.  He sees his girlfriend, realizes how much he loves her and how happy they are, and he sees how his habit is tearing her apart.  So he puts on his gear and tries to combat his addiction.  Ultimately it is too much for him and he caves in and winds up just sitting there, basking in sorrow.  He accepts he won't be able to set himself free, and decides to bask in it... and it repeats.
