This is my entry for #Pack-it-in and #dAmn-Emotes 's emoticon packs contest !
It's also my first emote pack that I've uploaded on dA ^^ The preview image above cycles through a number of frames from each of the emotes in the pack. You'll need to download the pack to see the full animations though.
The animation speed of the emotes is optimized for msn. I have no idea what they will look like in any other program.

This is my first critique, let's see how it goes.
Favourite (Faint):
My favourite overall is honestly the faint one, it seems realistic yet cartoony and exaggerated. I love the spin-and-drop with the obvious hand held to forehead, it seems creative but cute.
Lick:
Oh my gosh xD the eyebrow raise as he licks it just like "LOLWUT". It's so funny I just can't.
Bird:
I think this one is adorable and childish (in a good way) and it's just very silly. My only problem is I can't really see where you would use this; no scenario seems really right. Other than that it's a cute and fun emote.
Love:

Happy:
Kind of dull and unoriginal, but it's still nice.
Sad:
Same as happy really.
Angry:
Wow, eyes ON FIRE? OWOWOWOW. I love this one! It's perfect for when you just feel like what you just saw/read has killed your eyes entirely.
Frightened:
Someone's been on Creepypasta. 'Nuff said.
Paranoid:
Me sneaking to the fridge at 1am. Also useful when you're just gonna pretend you didn't see that.
Excited:
When a comic strip or story has reached its climax and you can't wait for the next one.
Rock:
WHOO!!!
Shocked:
"What.. No.. N-NO! THIS CAN'T BE!!!"
Overall:
A really adorable, really fun bunch of emotes that I can't wait to use. my only problems are the happy, sad and bird emotes. Happy and sad have little originality - which I suppose is understandable - but still if you can't think of something original for them, you can always replace them with something different. The bird emote I just can't think of anywhere I could put it.. It doesn't fit with anything I would put in comments, although that may just be me.
Also, apologies if this is too lighthearted or simple. I just put exactly what I think.

I think you did a great job on these. My favourite is the excited, the arms flapping, and the jumping up and down catches my eye. The paranoid one looks really, well, paranoid. I think you did a great job on that one too! The love one warms my heart, it looks like it was made with feeling. Overall these are animated well, and are eye catching indeed. The only emote I don't think looks quite right is the angry one. It looks to me that it is freaking out. Amazing job on these, keep up the very good work!

It's rather good. My favorite is the love, they all work really good together and look nice. It's all animated amazingly and it makes me happy how you took the time to make this for us Deviant ART users!
They all express emotions like a normal human would. It seems that you took personal thoughts and real life things. It's colorful and bright. It catches the eye of anybody. It makes so much sense!
All I have to say is this is perfect. But one thing. There have been quite a few emotes like this so you may want to change it up a bit!

The happy one is well done; it's a very simple emote to make, and I love the way it rolls from side to side.
Excited is next, I love the way its arms stretch out, the way its jumping too.
Scared,I suggest putting the emote a little more to the ground, but, great work!

Ok. So here we go.
Lets start with happy first since it's the simplest. The way you made it rock back and forth was very clever. I quite like it. It has a very nice color and the turning of the mouth matches the turning of the emote.
Next we have excited. This one is my favorite. You do a very nice job with the stretching and arms, and you do a very nice job of executing the mood.
Scared. I personally don't like how large the eyes are; I'm more of a fan for the tard eyes and the classic emote eyes. But the sweat and the shaking really help pull it off anyway. I usually whenever I get scared get really small, so I think you should push the emote into the ground a little more, and in my opinion, make the eyes a lil bit smaller e.deviantart.net/emoticons/m/m… " width="15" height="15" alt="
Shocked. I like this one. He seems more of OMIGOD THAT'S A LOW PRICE type of thing rather than the WTF type of shocked. The fact that he's in the air adds a nice effect, but I don't think that the lines coming off are that necessary.
I really like how love is done. It's very original, and the heart is well pixeled. The blush and giggle are really well done, and the entire thing is very well executed.
Next we have sad. You put on the very classic wobbly lips and the whole TTnTT thing going on. The color of the emote I think should be more of a blueish color rather than green, but that's up to you. I don't think the entire emote got in there, so I'm not exactly sure how that would loop very well.
Paranoid is very well done, but he seems more of shifty and sneaking rather than suspicious and nervous. IMHO, paranoia is a combo of scared a suspicious, and this doesn't seem to touch on that really well. But the bounces are really well done, and the eyes are very excellent.

Bird is very original. I like how he uses his lil emote hands to flap and the 3 as a mouth is very cute. I don't really think the large eyes are necessary, but they work just fine.

Rock is win. You did an excellent job with perspective on the mohawk, and the hands are very well animated. The color and face fit perfectly, and I wouldn't have done it any other (better) way. Not that I could do it in the first place e.deviantart.net/emoticons/g/g… " width="17" height="15" alt="
Angry reminds me so much of that plz that is similiar to a.deviantart.net/avatars/r/a/r… " alt=" " title="raegplz"/> with flaming eyes of which I can't remember
a.deviantart.net/avatars/s/a/s… " alt=" " title="sadcplz"/> But the flames are great and the way his hands are shaking adds a nice effect. I very simple but very well done emote.
Over all, every emote is done with fantastic and very fluid animation. The shading is simple so it doesn't take away from the emotes expressions. You do a fantastic job with the expressions and the bouncing and squishing, and the shadows are very excellent.
The outline preview itself is very nice. With a nice font and nice colors. I love the way the little thing with the emotes names flip and match the color of the emote.
To put this all in a simple tl;dr, this is an amazing pack with very useful emotes inside. They all have excellent animation, and of course are all brilliant. Keep up the amazing work `CookiemagiK a.deviantart.net/avatars/c/l/c… " alt=" " title="clapplz"/>

Rock: he has a Mohawk so it must be some heavy rock it is well portrayed and it has fingers
Bird: it's hard to be serious with this one
Lick: it’s like a crazy ear lick and that is a long tung
Over all they portray their emotions well and they are all fun. Most are fairly original emotion wise but the new ones are very creative I think my favorite is bird
