Was playing around with the vector shape tools in Fireworks and ended up with this
The only things that are hand pixelled here are the things that are not moving XD Everything else is vector stuff 
It's the [link] (Time Mage) from Final Fantasy. Doing his... time...magic..!

This is an extraordinary emoticon. I've never seen anything even close to it. The little mage is so cute, with his big, blinking eyes and giant timepiece; but most importantly, the animation is flawlessly smooth. The rectangular insertions within the moving spiral, as well as the rotating stars, serve to emphasize the movement even more, drawing one's eyes right into the picture. If it were bigger, I'd be getting dizzy from looking at it! The movement of the clock hands is equally smooth. The fact that they are rotating faster than the spiral enhance the notion of this little guy as the master of time. It reminds me of the introduction to the famous American TV show of the 1960s, The Twilight Zone. As always a great job done. When I saw this on my messages I knew automaticly this was yours. It caught my attention in less than a sonicsecond. I was so hooked >.>

This is awesome! Could I use this in a project? My entire class is doign a presentation, and there's a time warp, and this would pe perfect so it's shows that we're goig through a time warp. Wiuld it be okay if I used this in it?

This deviation is amazing. I like how its animated with the hypnotic spirals which draw your eyes to the middle clock which is spinning round and round.
The smiley guy is simple although I'm not sure whats with the hat. The way he holds the clock staff it kinda reminds me of a loli-pop man outside a school.
