Here is a picture that I did as part of an art trade with my good friend : A picture of his original character, a female squirrel named Elly who happens to be a security guard, in my original cartoon style. Because I wasn't too busy doing anything else at the time, I was in the mood for working on a picture as part of an art trade after my friend was nice enough to ask me to do another one with him, and I was more than willing to draw a picture featuring one of his newer characters that he created after being able to check out his cartoon artwork for quite some time. For this picture I've done, I was able to draw Elly posing in her uniform that she's seen wearing while working as a security guard at the federal reserve bank, and she's able to give a strict warning about visitors not being allowed to touch the gold bricks that are stored inside the building. As you can tell by her stern-looking expression, Elly is the type of character who always takes her job so seriously, and the way she's able to protect the gold is almost like how Sam Sheepdog is always able to protect his flock of sheep from Ralph Wolf in the classic "Looney Tunes" cartoon shorts. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able use a red brick texture for the wall and a dark gray concrete texture for the flooring. The picture turned out really nice after being completed, and I just know that my friend will love it no matter what.
