So 2doc is pretty much fucking cannon at this point and im so shook. Like I feel like this is a really good story. I mean I know its sad, but its interesting. 2d still obviously has Stockholm syndrome as an aspect of his personality, and its kinda sad to see. Like Murdoc is clearly in love with the poor boy and has no clue how to express any emotion except for lust and anger, and if it was just lust he has for 2d, something else would have happened by now. He really honest to god cares about him and i truly believe hes sorry for what hes done. Its heart breaking to see how they don't do too well together, mostly due to lack of communication, but when they're apart, they struggle. Like i feel like all their problems would go away if they made an effort to try and open up to each other, and I know that's an issue for Murdoc since he also has a history of abuse and trust issues, but i think that would be a good thing to tackle in this phase. Cause if they're going to be this co dependent and clingy towards each other, they need to learn to trust each other a little bit more.

Anyways, the title and shit. So I kinda hate the original version of Metro by Berlin, but im addicted to the SOAD cover. And I felt like the lyrics kinda fit how I view their relationship right now. They hate each other and they hate loving each other, yet they cant get enough. Also since 2d is all over the 80's pop stuff, and murdoc likes metal and all that, I figured the two versions would be a nice contrast.
