Tears are composed of Sodium, Potasium, Urea, Inmunoglobulins, Lipocalins, Lactoferrin, Lipids, Mucin, Lyzozymes and Water.
If you feed off other people's tears to aquire these chemicals i'm afraid you will be malnourished and you will die soon. And if you don't you will develop serious metabolistic irregularities. Such as Diabetes, Renal Malfunction, etc.
I'd recommend a better diet instead, contaning all of food groups. With special emphasis on fruits. Try to avoid Red Meat and instead chose Poultry or Fish. If your Sodium dietary needs are also low Seafood is also a great option.
