Tried a different style: contrast. My 8B pencil is now 1cm shorter.The lace is from the original reference photo, I just cant draw it.

Love your intrepration of the photo and think yours is actually a stronger piece with the constrasts. Was waiting to see how you did the side fabric but after watching your video, saw the comment that you weren't about to do it.
