Description
This is my vision of the Wheel of Time Collectors Book, that after the conclusion of the series contain all the main books, three prequels and the guide.It's leather-bound with silver edge-protectors and top grade paper. Size about A3-ish.
Imagine having children that discover this book in the library.. I myself would have been ecstatic even at my present age, not to mention when I was a kid myself..
Please note that the name Wheel of Time and the snake wheel logo is trademarked, and not by me.

Really like how you've done the shadows over the book and the use of texture is nice. Though, the metallic corners doesn't really look very metallic... just... plain.

Yeah, I know.. ItΒ΄s been a while since I made it - I now know a lot of tricks to make it look a lot more "authentic". Now when I look at it I can see a lot of minor adjustments that would bring it up to standards, but then again, I have many other projects that interest me more. I did feel the same about the corners when I posted it, so nicely spotted..

The series is Epic, Awesome and the best series ever in the World. I think there won't be any better in the future.

I'm to produce a 10minute film from beginning to end and submit it as a DVD (I've chosen to do an adaptation of the Prologue from the first book ... all I'm missing now is a awesome front cover and I think this just might be it!

I'm making an animation, and I want the menu to look like a book. So I had already spent an hour on Photoshop trying to make a decent book cover using this texture when I found this deviation of yours! It's just perfect!!
My I ask how you did the letters?

Hey there, and thanks for the complements!
Here's a little guide:
1. I first made the text and the logo.
2. I set the fill-opacity to 75% or so.
3. Gave them a texture overlay to simulate gold leaf.
4. Set bevel to outside and set the parameters to my taste.
That's it! Hope it helps!

It's beautiful. Although I think there will still have to be multiple books: maybe two or at most three for the Wheel of Time Omnibus.
But this cover will work wonders. I love the silver edge-protector.

Yeah, I used a texture found here at deviantart, I suspect it would much worse than yours if I tried! I forgot to link to it in my description, so thanks for making me realize it!
Well, that book shortage is kind of strange, seeing WoT are big international bestsellers.. I guess they will come to their senses eventually!
