shiny ditto is blue and shiny mew is blue so i like how it dose not change it color but its form. love the transformation animation mew looks very cute

I always wondered if Ditto was directly related to Mew in any way whatsoever. Given they have the same colors even as shinies and they both can use transform.

Mew can use transform on ditto, it works. But I think transform only works once per battle to prevent an endless fight consisting of ditto and mew transforming into each other forever.

No transform works more than once. It's just that you can't transform into something that isn't there... so the first one to transform wins the race.
