This is a weird question, but is there a set legal age where it become illegal to shoot females topless? I mean seriously, there is nothing wrong with a baby shot like that, it's just plain cute ^_^ But is there a cut-off age where you can't do it anymore?

In the US there's no set age where nudity is enough to be illegal - it has to trigger various vague rules about being too sexual. But it can be very expensive to defend yourself against that kind of charge which is why most photographers avoid it.
My personal rule is if they can crawl I don't want them in the studio just because of safety reasons, but I shoot newborns sometimes.
