I AM COSM1C! I realized there was another AngelTheRainwing, and they're oc is very similar to mine. So I decided to change for my sake, and for the other angel's sake. I really like this oc, sorry for the change of the oc so quickly, I realized over time I should change.
Cosm1c doesn't have actual stars on her scales, she has crystals embedded into her scales. Her large crystal glows. (the one on her chest).

Anyways, Im done now!
