This is a request for of her OC, Cecelia Hazel, and Danny Phantom.Before you ask, no, I know nothing about DP, but she asked me if I do any free requests and I thought 'why not?'
Unfortunately, she asked me this about a week ago and I tried to do it but I got held back with packing things for uni and when I remembered about the request I hurried up to finish it.
I didn't mean to make it this sketchy, but I was kind of in a rush
