When I was a child I would dream the same nightmare night after night. Here is a brief summary. Maybe I will make it a full story out of it again.
I am flying over a desert. People are running under me throwing nails at me screaming "Draskia the fallen Guardian!" over and over again. They keep going on about how I betrayed some queen. But that wasn't my concern. I was falling into the terrain under me. I black out. Can you even do that in a dream? When I awake I am in a castle far from the desert. It is surrounded by water. Not to keep people out but to keep something in. I don't know how I know that. I get up off the red velvet sheets. They don't smell like clean; they smell dusty and unused as if they haven't been slept in in a very long time. I leave the room and make my way down a long hallway and find a man at the end. He tells me he saved me from the mob that forced me from the sky while he sips blood from a iron goblet.
