I did four backgrounds for an upcoming game Dominus Galaxia
It's a 4X space strategy game, basically Civilization in space, the creators are really cool guys who have been working on this full time for a year now.
They are planning on doing a kickstarter, I will post about it when they do it. For now enjoy this artwork that will be back behind the main gameplay.

Amazing backgrounds, beautiful!
The camera works in a way that it feels like small model rather than gigantic space but if it's for a game, maybe it should be that way?

Hmm that may be something we will have to adjust. Its just as simple as moving the layers back further away so we feel farther away, and maybe adding some small dust particles that move quickly close to the camera. Thanks for the feedback
