Just wait until this pig grows to 6 feet long. I keep recalling articles on unprovoked eating attacks on people, people who had properly cared for the overgrown beasts. The article on a mafia boss being eaten alive by pigs , set me off ! The depaved appetite of pigs. Unwanted children in rural China, a mafia boss, two cases of farmers (their wives returned home from shopping to find they were now widows, and the funerals had to be closed coffin !)

I work in a bio dept. in a Brooklyn,college, and in the supply shelves are 2 pig hearts preserved in plastic jars, with sealed plastic lids. They are much bigger than human hearts, and I first thought, no animal should have a heart that big. Then I recalled seeing a bellowing pig in the Syracuse Fair, and it was ~6 feet long. Obviously a man-eater !

Hey, calm down, pigs aren't more aggressive than other animals. It's their nature how they are - they are wild animals, somehow. Also the domesticated ones. You don't excoriate other animals which are carnivores just because they are. And I bet there are more attacks caused by dogs than by pigs.

The sooner we develop battery meat, the better ! * BUT it seems that we have no interest in growing meat in vats, no more than growing soldiers in vats and sparing real persons from having to fight wars. I used that concept in one of my fan-fics.
It's because animals like lions, tigers, bears are vicious -attacking without findable reason -Β and can not be domesticated.Β They WILL go into extinction in the wild, someday. Wild pigs are far easier to shoot in the wild. GUNNED DOWN ! In England, wild pigs were hunted into extinction. In a book I have on early England ,a painting of hunters with boarhounds are about to kill a vicious pig that they brought to ground. Now that wild pigs are gone from England, the boarhound had to find new jobs. They are ugly, but good dogs !
