it'd be great if the camera could really perfectly get the wings... but this picture is really great! humming birds are so cute and tiny!!! and hard to spot!? i just saw one yesterday walking my dog! it made my day to see one cuz its the 3rd humming bird i've EVER seen. great shot!

i agree the probelm was threre wasn't enough light for a correct exposure :s and those birds are really hard to take pictures of because they're so fast ^^

*nods head** yes, them lil dinggys are super fast. i'd love to see one just sitting/resting, tho! cuz it seems they are always flying about trying to get as much nector as possible...i know its a nessecity for them with how much energy it takes for them to fly and flap their wings and all. lol, its still a great shot tho. i'm not sure what exposures do and all... i'm not camera literate...LOL

thanks it is! ^^ there is a lot of manual stuff you have to do and it takes a lot of time the only thing that was easy was that i knew about where they where going to be.

thanks it a little tricky shooting pic of them auto focus is totaly worthless so you have to go manual and kind of guess where the focus will be ^^'
