Description Scene from ~dw817 Nancy Principle 03 [link]

I was interested in drawing the key from this scene. The only rational I came up for depicting rectangular objects mounted on a cylander was for the vertilce component to be perpendicular to the surface, while the horizontal would be tangential. This just proves that math is vital for everyone to know, because it has applications for everything.

Still trying to build confidence for inks, background and drawing faces. I would like to think there is a specific area that requires work, but it requires practice, practice, practice (so excuse me, dw817, if I use this for practice).

Hi CPT. (Cleary Peculiar Times) ?

The key reminded me of what they use to open the Coke machines back in college. Maybe I didn't describe it well. Here ya go:

BTW, the outfit she is wearing is spot on !
Very business and very feminine. Curiously few of the workers had their hair tied up so that could be loose and longer if you like.

They did use a variety of hair pins, barrettes, and clips, however.

As I mentioned, when I arrived it was as if each woman was competing against the other in an unspoken (and ultimately unseen as the floor was 3 levels underground) fashion show.

You remember one of the chapters I wrote they spent hours holding a meeting regarding skirt length. Crazy stuff like that. Our government dollars at work !

I was iffy on the face (and background), so I'll attempt to redraw this. Thank you for the key ref, and I'll have to review hair fashion.

Sure ! Glad to help ! I'm looking forward to seeing it.

Also, I updated my page a bit to put you at the top to give you sole credit for your art with the link.

Hopefully this will make it easier for others to find your works too.
