The rhythm of the morph and the change in her smile make it look like she's breathing and growing. I like!

What all steps do you do when saving your animated images you just designed? .. I can never get mine to be a GIF file and look the same as they do as PSD's .. basicly to me when i save it [optimize it ] it looks like im downgrading it and it looks like crap..

Yeah, making animated GIFs in Photoshop is a bit of a hassle. The results you get depend alot on the colors in the originals, and the GIF settings when you export (I start with GIF 128 Dithered and play with the settings). This one happened to turn out pretty well, but it was mostly luck.
After this one, I decided to go with flash output for the final instead, using Format Factory. That one takes alot of playing around with too, but you can convert one format to another pretty easily, and the flash files look much nicer in the end than GIFs do. If you want to stick with GIFs, Format Factory will convert those too, but at the end of the day, GIFs will always kind of look crappy.
Cheers!
