A commission. It looks like the economy has REALLY been hit hard in the world of Street Fighter. So much so that Rose, Cammy, and Chun Li have had to begin working the streets with Poison instead of fighting in them!I knew that I wanted to do "hooker" versions of the girls' outfits in this one. The funny thing? Rose didn't really need much alteration...hmmm...
