I love the way you did the colours, and just the cirxular stuff is really cool. Supercute, and I like the title. I love all of the ones you did like this.
One thing though is the way Mew's eyes are makes it look kind of like you just cut something out. Jack-o-lantern style. I think because the bright white pops forward so much instead of falling behind the blue? Maybe you could do a highlight or something or play with the coloring next time...?
