Firstly; I am not a member of the Macfarlane Enterprise, so I have no authority on these matters, nor do I have much experience in these matters.

Secondly; I'm not sure they would hire you, although seeing this bit of your work, they might allow you to work part time.

Thirdly; They have an official website somewhere on the net. My advice is find it, see where their closest offices are to you, then plan a visit. You aren't going there to be a desk jockey, so a CV might not be necessary, although if you've had any former work in the same field, it would be ideal. Your portfolio should have some thickness, we're not talking about five or six pieces. Twelve to twenty should help your case. As afore mentioned, I do not have much experience in these matters, so check the size of other artist's porfolios just to be sure. References would also help you secure a post, should they find you suitable. Family members and close friends are not held as reliable references, as they are generally viewed as biased. try to find an impartial critic, one with some renown, to view and appraise your work. Hopefully, you should get employment with one of their branches.

Lastly; Check here on Deviantart, there are some who require commissioned pieces of art, but lack an artist.
