Something I've been doing here and there.
I have discovered the "Wonderful Wizard of Oz" in its more original form.
You see, I grew up hating "The Wizard of Oz", because of the 1939 film, without knowing that there were books previous to the film.
A few months ago I was suggested to read Eric Shanower and Skottie Young's comic.
I liked the art, and decided to try it out.
Now I see the Oz series in a whole new light!
I adore the original story, and love even more is Skottie Young's art!
As you can plainly see, my favorite character is the Scarecrow.
(I may be a little too obsessed with this character, but he is just too CUTE.) =^w^=
OK. I'll admit, I'm overly obsessed with him.
At least I won't deny it.

All of these were drawn while I was looking in the comic.
Disclaimers!: I did NOT trace the pictures. I drew them free-handed, with the comic as a reference.
It was a great way to practice the character, and a lot of fun to do too.
