I dont rly think so. The Eclipse website that is hard to look at, is disorganized, and has tons of technical problem....... is the same as the smooth-running, organised, statistcally more better old website...

But, Eclipse is VERY unpopular and the staff doesn't listen to us most of the time.
Statistically speaking, most people find it hard to navigate, and hard to look at.
In fact, the default DA for people who didn't even sign in yet will find the black background a bit hard to look at. But the old site was easy to look at even for peeps who didn't sing in yet. The old site will attract more people that way.
Bacc then, eclipse and old site coexisted, BUT eclipse was the default instead. People didn't like that.
People didn't TELL the staff to REMOVE eclipse, just set the old site as the default like usual.
But the staff DIDN'T LISTEN and continue to push it.
NOW, they are completely ridding the old site, and ignoring the majority opinion. This is when people get reasonably upset!
Also about "Most of their features are the same, you can still write in literature, write journals, post art."
U didnt consider the fact that MOST PEOPLE, like a statistically HUUGE amount of people disliked the new format.
Also, Eclipse only had only a few good things which is polls and I liked that, in fact, thats one of the stuff I like about Eclipse. But the old site is still OG( by majority opinion)
And u should just let Eclipse coexist with old site at the end of the day. That will be the best choice pal!

Eclipse has a few goodies like polls, but the old site has tons of likable features. Letting coexist is a fine thing to do. But removing the old site where more of all the good stuff is..... is extreme.....
