I began to have a interest in eels. So, I'm glad to get an eel character.

What I can say about him now is that he works for Aella.
He's a scary eel man who cares little for people.
He's in charge of the water games at Rupert's casino
Has a little crush on Aella.
Enjoys eating people trapped in his waters and fish.
Has poisonous skin, if touched, you're poisoned.
Doesn't like Andres that much and loves to scare Laura.
Works along with Dogma. They're okay with each other.
