To be fair to Scout, I doubt she had to deal with a lot of fire hazards in the HQ. But yeah, in a lot of ways, Scout is just like a cat.
Anything she pushes off she got from watching Stacy do the same thing. You haven't seen it much in the fic yet, but Stacy is quite the troll, and will do just about anything for a joke or prank.
