Being the second oldest Consort of the Shadow collective, second only to Clarity to entering the fold. She was alive in Constantinople as a Sebastokratōr, however in 1453, she was present at it’s demise as it fell to the Turks, but she was rescued by her future master and Clarity. She quickly became enamored by them and asked to serve him as long as it meant fighting the Turks and for this perfect world came to pass so no one would suffer like her people did. Since then she has served hundreds of years serving her master. She was a patron for Vlad Dracula during his wars against the Turks. Through out the years, with her abilities over air, she made a name for herself as simply 'Razor' and 'Windslicer’ and was the one that caused the Spanish armada 1588 to sink after their disastrous defeat by the English to weaken the Spanish Monarchy.
Over the years, Tempest (her adopted name) continued to cause a number of terrible storms to punish major powers throughout history for angering her master and interfering with his plans. Showing herself to have an utter ruthless and uncaring perception towards her enemies and the enemies of her master. If anyone was to stand in her way on a mission, she will slay them without hesitation.

However, for those that are not perceived as enemies to herself or her master, she is fairly friendly to them, and will treat them well.

It should be noted that Tempest is something of a free spirit: she's absent-minded at times, but at the same time extremely creative, talented and insightful when it comes to people and things around her. She finds great pleasure in theatrical, painting, and flying. She has a sense of humor and love of pranks that rivals that of Chika. She is a slight geek because of her love to collect comics and playing Magic and Mages. She enjoys just about anything related to science fiction, air, or thespian arts. Though, to the consorts dismay, Tempest has a love for collecting Tiaras that is borderline obsessive.

Additionally, Tempest possesses incredible domestic skills, allowing her to perform homely duties without the assistance of maids.

Fighting Abilities:

Tempest has the power over Air and can manipulate and control various aspects of said element, including the weather. She can even turn her breath into a weapon for both versions. Tempest can move objects using her elemental power. Tempest is the one who can fly the quickest among them. She can conjure clouds and even use her power to soundproof rooms. Tempest is able to control the temperature of the air, and often uses this power to freeze enemies. She can also create air bubbles for traveling underwater and can hear things on the wind because of the sound waves that travel through the air.

To bystanders of a fight, she will attempt to keep collateral damage minimal, however she isn’t shy to use peril of bystanders as a diversion in order for her to gain the upper hand or to escape.

When is direct combat with an enemy, she will take some distance between herself and her foe. Choosing to do ranged attacks over close up attacks for melee is her weak point. When on the attack, she will use a variety of attacks ranging from pulling the air from their lungs to directing lightening to slicing foes to pieces with wind. She has a habit of toying with her victims as she kills them at her leisure, but will act swiftly if rushed. She will attempt to not get into a physical fight for this is where she is at her weakest.
