This is my MLP FiM OC xD Yuuup

She's based off of the Summer Wing ponies, but what ultimately made me decide to make her were Rarity's magic wings from one of the episodes <3

Name: SunMist :thumb249692360:
Cutie Mark: Sun and Flower
Body Colors: Pink and pale orange
Mane and Tail: Pale orange w/ pink streaks
Size: Rather small. Summer Wing ponies are generally quite smaller than the average pony even when fully grown.
Birthplace: Foal Fields, open, grassy fields in which dwells a small village made up entirely of summer wing ponies.

Job: To help the butterflies and other insects pollinate the flowers and plants that grow in Equestria, as well as helping caterpillars and other insects through their metamorphism phases, such as making cocoons, helping them out of their cocoons, as well as helping their newly formed wings to adjust and helping them fly.

How she got her cutie mark: Sunmist had been distraught at being the last pony in her generation to get her cutie mark. She was the only one left with a 'blank flank'. She was wandering off from her home in Foal Fields in search of answers. She didn't have any talents, her friends were so good at everything they did, but she felt like nothing she did was what she was good at.
As she was wandering she noticed a metamorphosing butterfly struggling to get out of it's cocoon. It seems it was too small for him. She helped him get out and even helped him grow accustomed to flying with his newly formed wings. It was then that she realized that she didn't need a talent. All she wanted to do was help others. That was when her cutie mark appeared. A flower and Sun, symbolizing her want to help things grow and prosper.

Trivia: The male Summer Wing usually has Dragonfly-like wings instead of butterfly ones like the fillies.
