(*Note this is just how I learned how to make a .swf file .)my friend couldent figure it out so I made a tutorial for Anime-Base-Creator ^^ hope this helps!~

when your in MMD and ready to render the video, What do you click? Mines not working.

render to avi- name it- put the file start an finish frames. (ex. 0-100) - pick video compressor- press ok should render.

There isnt much text, and down stands a list with things you can convert in, there is just an "fΓΌr" (For) or an "in" before it, and the line above is in german too, but u dont rly need it XXD

I dont know if it does this flash, you can convert videos in following formats:
-For Android
-DVD
-Blu-Ray
-MP3
-MP4
-WMV
-SWF
-FLV
-MPEG
