This looks great and creative, probably the best I've seen to be honest~ But I think there's no deadline! If you look at the journal of Celebrating 17 Years of DeviantArt! there's a button there which you have to submit it through if you want to get the badge, putting the Deviation in the folder of "Community Projects".

It's kinda arbitrary because it requires re-uploading it or uploading a copy of it exclusively using that button in the dA journal, idk why it works that way ;v;
