Description
This is a character that I'm trying to develop story for. I believe her name is Rain, her series being named Blame The Moon, set in my Empires series from my other site. It snowing at the beach, therefore, Hot n' Cold (though technically, she could just be at a beach in Maine or Canada, but she's not, got it?
