Since it's the deformed side of the face that's facing you, the parts where you can see under the mask are the bruised and poisoned skin that Asmodeus dealt to him while he was still Chickenhound. That's Asmodeus in the crappy drawn-in-photoshop background. He's DEFINITELY NOT drawn to his proper scale. Imagine him ten times bigger.
