Nori Quartz was originally known as Noriminsky Ranisha, born into a family of Quarry Ori racers. She grew up with Quarry Ori's and spent most of her days nurturing and caring for the baby Ori's. As a Wyngling, she wore brightly colored vests and hats to help in caring for the newborn Quarry Ori's, though as she grew older and gained more color in her plumage, she no longer needed the colorful clothing, growing up to look like a male Quarry Ori herself! Her love with Jerimiah quartz started with your typical highschool romance. They met and quickly fell in love, spending every waking moment with one another, wanting to enjoy the other's company.
Jerimiah knew close to nothing about Quarry Ori's, and was in fact quite frightened of them. Nori found that fact quite adorable. She taught him all she knew about Quarry Ori's, showing him that they're gentle creatures if treated correctly and loved. Jerimiah ended up getting attached to one of the males, Fire Split, who was his first hatched baby that Nori trusted him to care for and raise. to this day, he and Fire Split are borderline inseparable.
Nori and Jerimiah got married a few years into their relationship, she decided to take his name, despite his insistance on taking hers. She loved her family, but they were all the same. Quarry Ori Racers. She wanted to start a new legacy of Quarry Ori trainers, and racing be a choice. Racing will always be in her blood, and it's hard to turn away, but now she does it for fun, instead of a job... However the extra earnings from winning races is cool too.

PERSONALITY

Nori Quartz is a thick headed, stubborn individual who takes no sass from anyone. She's quick to anger (especially if you mistreat a Quarry Ori, specifically one of hers), and quick to calm down. Some can say you'll get whiplash from how often she'll have random bursts of anger one minute and then be perfectly happy the next. However, whenever her husband is around, she seems to never have an anger burst, she's always happy with a loving smile on her face. Despite her natural distaste towards other Wyngro, she's quite anti-social, she adores baby Wynlings and loves to take them around for rides on her specifically child-trained Quarry Ori. Of course, she never has them ride alone, she's always there to accompany them.
