Finally, I've been trying to find a way to draw hands. Especially with the circle and sausage trick.

All I've been capable of doing was pretty much making the ends of.. uhm, some sort of thing. Like mittens? Idk.

Thanks.!

I always do the square one

although, I've been doing it without any markings, or references, so I'm quite proud ^-^

still, I never had problems, drawing hands themselves, but with the size of then '-'
( Which I kinda managed to fix xD )

I guess it just depends on style for the most part XD

I don't really do everything I put here in this tutorial but I always have to sketch the main shape before drawing the individual parts and such. Hands used to be my number one problem when drawing humans, but I've gotten the hang of it already. My main problem is symmetry x~x

you can always draw one side and copy paste it, mirrored, to the other side u_u

but of course, its better to just do it, by hand; although, its better, when characters are asymmetric, cause they look more realistic and "human",

i actually meant the symmetry and balance of both sides in a character, but not necessarily with everything being symmetrical-- the hairstyles and clothing i usually use are pretty assymmetrical, but I always make sure to view the mirrored image or flip it once in a while to see if it looks balanced
