"Dawn approaches..."

This is my attempt at something detailed, and something in full color. I've been noticing how I only to single portraits, there's no story behind each piece, it's just a fluffy (or scaley) animal sitting there all happy.

I've had a little story playing around in my head while I did this. Yeah, technically you're supposed to have discovered that Dawn (also her name) has wings, something you never knew. She obviously has some business to take care of, and she leaves you bewildered and wondering if she'll come back.

Don't know if that made sense...but.
