This can be helpful, but if I have to draw androids, anthros or elves, how do I proceed?

for elves...just add the elfish style ears to any ordanary chibi ^^
for the others...i think you need to look for other tutorials

if you want a chibi human animal..just add the ears and tail, if you want and animal animal...search for the specific tutorial
