all right! i told you i would give you feedback... so it wont be all about roses first of all, you should think about making better proportions, use grid.
Or as i do; draw the outlines from the pic on your computerscreen (if u have a large screen..) And probably the most important tip: take your TIME!
for example i take on average 25 hours to complete a portrait. You might be wondereing what i am doing in such bucketloads of time? well, i very securely look at all the most little details and tones. If u want to check the tones, just stand op and look at your drawing from a little distance and compare it with your reference picture. And specificly about this drawing i can say that the contrast is a bit low, i mean you should make dark spots way darker and light spots a little lighter. And to make hair, just look at the most important significances in human hair (like shines) so you wont have to draw every single hair, just make the illusion of 'hair'.
this are my tips for now, i hope you will make new portraits on basis of these tips!

awesome man you also make nice portraits..now i will say things you need to improve-
first the level of eyes and the smile looks too wide...srry but i maybe wrong but i gave my opinion what i felt...keep drawing more portraits...
