That is not a Turbo "T" Skylane. The turbos are powered by a Lycoming O-540-LC35D (for the older 80's vintage T182) or with a TIO-540-AK1A (For the current production T-182T) and they have a totally different cowl. This is a Continental powered 182 with some variant of the O-470 engine. The Landing and taxi light in the sowl is another feature of "straight" TCM powered 182's.

but the registration of this plane is a Cessna T182T accuses Turbo Skyline
