so, I have been thinking that ponyville is the equestrian equivalent to Silent hill, I mean, that creepy forest all that monsters and now the hell gates are open! thanks god this is a show for kids...did I mentioned this show is amazing? no? well it is.

This reminds me of an article I saw on tumblr that showed all the similarities between Hercules and MLP. It pointed out how the symbol on Hercules' medal is virtually identical to RD's cutie mark, and how similar Mout Olympus and Cloudsdale look, and how Hercules' Pegasus acts a bit like RD.

I always thought Sunny Town was the equivalent of Silent Hill. It really seems like it, or so I hear (haven't seen Silent Hill). But the Everfree Forest, and the general creepyness of Sunny Town (and the whole story; I won't post spoilers here) certainly matches up with what I know of Silent Hill.

Two things. First, Hades, that's a nice hat. Second, where's Sweetie Belle? If Applebloom and Scootaloo are there, Sweetie Belle probably isn't far behind... Unless... She made Hades' hat.
