Description
Nehema Nouveau in her Steampunk clothes. I really tried to imitate the Art Nouveau style, but I think I didn't get it right. At least I should have given her a white long dress instead of these clothes.Well, long speach, short meaning: Need to improve more on that style.

Holy cr... Wow! Very impressive colours! Crazy background, it must've been a lot of work! And it clearly does make a keyhole.
Also I like what you did to the skirt (meaning the lower part of the dress), it adds a lot to the dynamism! The hair does too, it's beautifully shaped, only I'd prefer the lines to be a bit darker - at least not paler then the rest of the hair.
I don't really know the Art Nouveau style, but you did a great job on the pic!

I think there are two factors here that may be contributing to that sense of disconnect that perhaps has you feeling that the image is not as successful as it could have been.
One thing that in my mind really sets art nouveau apart stylistically is that foreground and background elements are extremely well integrated. There is a "fluidity" from front to back, and sometimes in an image such as this there is more of a sense of elements laid one layer on top of another rather than a continual flow of motion.
The other aspect - and one that I find jarring to some extent - is the integration of manga or similar styled elements within an art nouveau-inspired frame. Don't get me wrong - I enjoy both styles of art a great deal. But again, I'm not getting a flow from one style to another, and I think it makes that "layered" look even more significant.
You do wonderful work - keep at it and keep exploring the possibilities.

No problem. Like I said you obviously have a great deal of talent, and we all need to work to improve ourselves.

You are the first one, who dares to give me a critique. Most people are afraid of that, because some artists really get angry (I don't understand why).
And thanks for the compliment!
