Description
I've combined two Bronze Age supergroups here...DC's Outsiders,formed by Batman after quitting the Justice League in 1983, and Marvel's Defenders,originally formed in 1971.

The depicted roster includes (starting on the left) Tsunami (Black Lightning/Submariner),Incubus (Metamorpho/Son Of Satan) and Bladegoddess (Katana/Valkyrie). Above them is Darkhawk (Shade/Nighthawk),while continuing is the comic's title character (a non-Batman Bruce Wayne/Dr. Stephen Strange) while to his left is Red Angel (Halo/Red Guardian),while behind her is Gammaforce (Geo-Force/the Hulk).

As to the group's name,I wasn't able to combine the words outsider and defender into anything I liked...or made sense...(Defenders Of The Outside? ) so I came up with a name that,to me,conveyed the spirit of both groups.

...oh...and ...if you've seen this,I eagerly await your sprite versions!!!
