Description Photomanipulation not very well but I try... had to change many things to fit, so some parts are drawn.
Originally this was with the intention of giving them the Hogwarts uniform

----------------------
Taking the of Hogwarts issue read it if want

With a friend talking about what house would be several characters and ended with a discussion of these four and disagreed on several things most of all with Hiccup and Merida so I decided to write my reasons why I put everyone in which house.
And remember! this is just my opinion
Why I public this here? cuz eant not create a journal u_u
Okay, let's begin....
----------------------

JACK FROST
My first choice for Jack is Slytherin, not because he's evil or something ¡Oh come on! Not all Slytherins are evil! Jack is smart, playful, friendly, generous, and charismatic, is also arrogant, self-centered, cunning and very ambitious, for example, when seems like he really care about the cause of the guardians when he learns that his memories are at stake.

He is usually a bit loner but like any Slytherin when meet a good friend, he becomes very loyal and protective of them. Furthermore, he's competitive and his rivalry with Bunnymund reminds me of typical fights between Slytherin and Gryffindor. Jack has a lot of talent, determination and is a good strategist how is evident in the film and would do anything to get what he wants.

The Slytherins aren't bad people, the problem is when they are driven by ambition and pride, causing very serious consequences, the Slytherins aren't interested in people who carry by the road while aren't directly affected, and that reminds me of the part where Jack decides to go in search of his teeth ignoring the main task and what really should be doing causing serious consequences.

Besides all this, Jack is rebellious and very sarcastic and having a certain disregard for rules. Yes, he was doing coming winter but he didn't by obligation, if not for his own personal enjoyment and for children.... so yes, he's obviously a Slytherin

RAPUNZEL
She’s kind, sweet, outgoing, playful, and very witty. If is true that having spent her entire life in a tower with nothing to do she's pretty smart in almost all areas, as in literature, all kinds of arts, and astronomy, for example when displayed all the patterns of stars that did seeing eye. Is also true that she seems to have a thirst for knowledge, wanting to learn from the outside world or more specifically learn about the lights and their meanings. This could make her a perfect Ravenclaw, in the house of wisdom and a very open mind.

But personally, I see she's more like a Hufflepuff because Rapunzel has a noble heart, great compassion and kindness, she's very happy, very naive and without prejudice, always sees the good in people even when has a dark side, so to speak, and always fight for what is right. She’s not looking for violence but isn’t afraid to face when trying to protect a loved one, she's not competitive nor walks boasting of what she can do.

Rapunzel is also extremely loyal and obedient, which is a strong feature of a Hufflepuff. When disobeys to Mother Gothel and escapes, she’s always thinking about the bad daughter is, and is always suffering for disobey her mother. Or when Eugene is dying, she would give everything for him regardless of the consequences, even if is her own lives. No doubt she's trustworthy, always honest and never breaks the promises makes.... So for me, she's a Hufflepuff

HICCUP
Hiccup has the same case as Rapunzel, although Hiccup is shy and reserved, friendly, with a deep sense of compassion and occasionally naive. He's extremely hardworking, once has his mind on a task doesn't stop until it is completed. Determined and very patient, loyal to his friends, not afraid of hard work and usually seeks union, for example, when is trying to show that there is another way to do things instead of killing the dragons. Those are definitive traits of a Hufflepuff.

But Hiccup is intelligent, observant, and curious. He's also a craftsman, always creating all kinds of inventions, and also shows great skill in being a leader and strategist. He's the brains of the group, as the voice of reason even when it is the weakest link in his tribe. At first he's almost obsessed to prove himself and gain recognition of his tribe leaving aside the orders, something that wouldn't make a Hufflepuff.

Hiccup not only read about dragons in the texts, but it tests his knowledge; is able to create his own theories and hypotheses through intelligence and what has learned with his research. In general, he's of intellectual nature and loves learning new things. He's very clever but not boring because has a very funny and sarcastic wit. Thinks quick to solve a difficult problem or to say something funny… undoubtedly for me a perfect Ravenclaw.

MÉRIDA
Now who for me is the most difficult of all: Mérida.
She's passionate, headstrong and impulsive, who wants to take control of her own destiny. She's adventurous, daring, bold and brave, who is constantly in search of new adventures and loves challenges. She's stubborn, defiant and very determined and... Oh come on! The movie is called Brave! Merida would be a great Gryffindor; they estimated the honor, courage and the daring, and chivalry, their members are characterized by being brave but sometimes to the point of being reckless. Everything screams Merida, right? She's capable of anything to defend what she believe and never give up and Merida also has a sweetness of heart, especially when it comes to her brothers.

But now my problem; Merida seeks greatness, she's clever and competitive and what stands out, she's really ambitious. In fact, she's most ambitious than gentlemanly to the point that will do anything to get her way, regardless of the duty and loyalty, not caring if this affects someone else ¡Even tried to brainwash her mother with magic! And only repents after seeing the great consequences of her actions. Yes, she's brave, but it is also extremely deficient and selfish. Want to be the best and let everyone know who she is, besides its disregard for following the rules. In conclusion, Merida can also be a Slytherin too.

So here I have a dilemma in what house could she belong, but something tells me that she is more inclined towards Slytherin more. But if we go with that want every one of them is in a house, she would be ideal for Gryffindor ... difficult… What you think?
Well already all of you convinced me... Merida's a Gryffindor.

I like your reasoning for the houses and agree with you with their house sorting, especially Jack's reasoning as a Slytherin because a lot of people just use the fact he's mischievous as their main reasoning (which isn't really even a Slytherin trait, the Weasley twins are mischievous too but they're in Gryffindor.) Your also right that Merida has quite a few Slytherin traits and I think Jack has some Gryffindor traits as well so I can see them being placed in those houses interchangeably. Personally, I don't agree with Hiccup being able to fit into Hufflepuff, I can he has traits for Ravenclaw, Gryffindor and even Slytherin but I don't really see the Hufflepuff in him. I agree though that Rapunzel has a both Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff traits but that her Hufflepuff traits are stronger.

yes, I agreed   (especially with Hiccup, I don't like when put him as a Hufflepuff! and not because I don't like the house. I belong to it, and even my icon is supposed to be me with a Puff' scarf and badger ears, so

in fact, the selection of the houses can be very subjective because we all have one feature from each each, just some more noticeable than others... I think all of them could fit perfectly into Gryffindor(or Ravenclaw, ect) if one want to.

Awesome picture, and I definitely agree with pretty much all of your reasoning.  In fact, a lot of it matches with the things I scribbled down while plotting a Hogwarts/Big Six (with Frozen) crossover, with the addendum that any one of them could have also been in Gryffindor, as all of them have courage in spades to do the things they did in their respective movies.  I'd be curious to see where you'd put Anna and Elsa from Frozen.  Anyway, lovely photo-manipulation, and thanks for sharing!

Thank you!
in fact they could enter any house, I think they all have even a feature for each home but I like the idea that all belong to a different house and still be so close friends, especially with Jack in Slytheryn (you know, because all that about the Slytherins don't mix with anyone outside of their house...)
and answering that question.... I wouldn't put them in hogwarts actually hehe.... I can't help thinking of the sisters as part of Beauxbatons (and Eugene as a Durmstrang btw)

I completely agree with you on all of these choices. Merida has always been a Gryffindor to me through and through. I've always gone back and forth with Jack between Slytherin or Gryffindor. He reminds me of the Weasley Twins so I can see him being a Gryffindor, but ultimately I like him in the snake house because of the reasons you've said and not all Slytherins are evil. I can totally see Hiccup and Rapunzel getting a hat stall between the same houses. However, when you look at personality AND talents I think Hiccup is a solid Ravenclaw. Rapunzel can go either way for me. She can be a smart Hufflepuff or a talented Ravenclaw, but I like your reasoning for making her a Hufflepuff

I've always felt that Hiccup belonged in Ravenclaw more than Hufflepuff for those same reasons, although Hufflepuff is definitely not out of the question.

Frankly though, if you think about it, ALL these guys deserve a place in Gryffindor

And that's an excellent photo manip

I think Merida is a given. Her whole . . . essence just screams Gryffindor. But not because she's brave . . . because it's just the way she does things.

Jack is a given Slytherin. And again, not being "Ambitious" but instead his way of doing things and why. Playful sly and acting like he owns the place is part of it.

Rapunzel: Her unparalleled dream of finding out what the floating lanterns are, (not getting out and rebelling- like merida, or finding her past- like Jack), but there's a hole in her knowledge, and she wishes to fill it. That is her dream. Seems odd once you think of it. "FLOATING LIGHTS!"

Hiccup: He has a special place in my heart because I am a Puff too. His hard work and everything is added to it, but the real proof is in his relationship with toothless. He develops this relationship for no other reason than that he thinks this dragon is of worth. Granted, he caught the dragon to prove he could-- But he let him go because of empathy: "He looked just as scared as I did". That is a mark of a true Hufflepuff. That connection with things that no one else wishes to connect with.

WOOT!

Excellent choices! And yes, I do agree, Merida could certainly make a great Slytherin, but I feel she's a bit more suited to Gryffindor for reasons mentioned by basically everyone else on the comment page. Also, lovely manipulation! I don't know how, so I'm really impressed.

hehe Merida has the same problem as Hiccup and Rapunzel that both can be in various home at once so this is very subjective...
thanks! well Merida is 'built' xD the hair is from a scene, the arm is another and the clothing is drawn and Hiccup also add things like the leg that was very high and blurry because it was the scene that fell first time of Toothless which had less changes was Jack that edit his arm that was holding out his staff
