When the war struck, both Nightblade and Sunblade were captured by the Decepticons, though Sunblade barely managed to escape though they took Nightblade as they tightened their grip on her as to prevent her from escaping as well... So Sunblade had no choice but to flee... Ending up on the Autobots' side. So when eons later that the war finally ends, they were able to reunite without any of the conflicting sides killing one of them, as because the twins are half a spark, if one of them dies, the other dies instantly regardless if they haven't been harmed or not. So Sunblade's really happy to be with her older sister Nightblade again, as it is for Nightblade. (Nightblade is a very emotionless Femme, never to rarely expressing anything due to what she had to go through in normal rich citizen life and the life she had been stuck with the Decepticons, but it was because of Sunblade that she did not become 'out of reach'.)
So basically the sisters are happy to be reunited pretty much.
