Mei looks a little sad, though I'm pretty sure you intended to put a neutral expression on her face. That may be me. Some renders here on DA give me that impression and the artists have generally said "wha?!?" when I say something.
Based on the explosion of Overwatch art here on DA, Mei is a popular art choice because she's really, really busty (how else does a girl show that much of a boob curve in a heavy jacket?) Your composition and image trimming have de-emphasized two of her prime selling points.
