Noticeable features: Her stripe starts at the back of her head, rather on top of her head. She possesses a battle scar on her left leg, and has spots on the back of her legs. She also has the Tree of Life mark on her left shoulder, as all Night Pride members have and she will some times have blue paint on her forehead as a sign of her title as Queen.

"Rani is the ruling Queen of the Tree of Life. It was her grandmother, Janna, who was the former queen. However, she passes due to old age, so it is Rani who steps up to be the Queen after her grandmother's passing. Rani herself is a very devoted lioness, whatever she does, big or small, she puts her all into, refusing any less. She can be quick to judge others and can come off as harsh and cold at times as a result. However, deep down, she has a heart of gold and truly cares deeply about her homeland, family and allies. She often has doubt in herself and can be a bit insecure, but she tries to push on regardless. She and Kion used to be an item as teenagers, but.. like most first loves, they quickly fell out of love after dating each other for several months. However, they remain close friends and Rani even swears an allegiance to the Pridelands due to Kion and his Guard saving the Tree of Life from an invasion. Rani often does miss the days she shared with Kion, but knows he's moved on and has his own family. As does she. As such, Rani continues to rule the Tree of Life with her mate and rising their children to be the next heir to the throne and leader of the guard, respectively."

Ah yes, figuring out how to fit Rani into my 'verse. She shares a similar feeling that I have toward Kion: She's not really hated by me but I feel her potential could of been a lot stronger, but whatcha gonna do? She and Kion were once an item as older teenagers. But I went with a more realistic approach- Not ALL teen romances last. I can see them at first, being very much into each other and spending every waking moment together if they could. But like most teens, they realized they weren't truly IN love, so their relationship wasn't truly based on love, more like admiration toward each other. So they break their relationship on decent enough of terms, as Rani still was in debt to Kion for defending her home when he didn't need to- So, to repay her debt, she swears an allegiance to the Pridelands, thus forming allies between the two kingdoms. As an adult, Rani does miss the days of being with Kion, but both had long since moved on, with their own homes and families to tend to. However, despite all things, she and Kion still manage a close friendship and see each other whenever they can.
