Description
I decided to do one- even I was curious at how I paint my artwork. Also I wanted to do something for people out there who don't have the latest paints, watercolour paper, brilliant brushes and photoshop as a software.
I use just THREE paint brushes in all my traditional artwork. Yes I have others but using them....ugh (sorry it's a hassal. truthfully I don't like washing paint brushes).
I could have easily done this all with a paint set of tweleve (which you can see next to the big set). Also I draw on card and, sometimes, I don't even lineart my work. just paint over the sketch like I did with this one.
If you are low on budget (like I am now! O
Also use colouring pencils over watercolours. Not only does it look good but I'm sure that you have more control over handling a pencil than a paint brush.
Finally- you don't need photoshop to edit your artwork! yes it's a brilliant programme (I used to have it on my old computer before it died) but there are alternatives. I used Windows Live Photo Gallery- you click on 'fix' and it allows you to crop the picture, edit saturation and all sorts of things.
EDIT: yes I draw on my lap. I don't have a desk nor do I want one XD
and on the 3 image on the top row- I was using my mum's iphone to find some piano music on youtube XD hehe

Why did I do this
