I agree about Derpy! I kind of want to redo her, because I do not like the sealant I used on her. But I love her too much to strip her paint.

Finished: Caramel, Lyra, Bonbon, Derpy, Scratch. In progress: Carrot Top (Pinkie with an orange tail!)'Raindrop' or 'Showers' depending on what you read, the yellow and blue peg, Diamond Tiara, Luna. The Pinkie at bottom is also going to be a custom (Possibly another boy? Or Apple Fritter) and the extra Sweetie Belle will be Silver Spoon. The McD between Carrot-top Pinkie is going to be a Derpy, as well.

About how long does it take to make a pony? Does it vary from pony to pony?

It definitely does. Sometimes the ponies just give more problems, sometimes they are easier to make. If I don't have to paint the body (Scratch) it is quicker.. if there is no sculpting (Derpy, Lyra, Bonbon) it is quicker. But sometimes things just don't turn out as planned, like Bonbon's paint coat chipped three times. Her plastic is slightly greasier and wouldn't easily take acrylic paint. I had to sand her body to get paint to stick.
